I have over eight years experience (and counting) in IT support, much of that as IT Manager for small to medium-sized businesses. I was always asked if I did support for home PCs and now I do.

I'm located in South Perth and I do repairs / upgrades / consulting for Windows PCs and small networks. Operating systems I support are: Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows 95. I'm not yet familiar with Vista, nor can I assit with Linux or the Macintosh, sorry.

My rates are as follows:

• Base rate: $60/hour. (In 15 minute blocks.)
  If you're more than 30 minutes drive from Perth city, then there is a minimum charge of 1 hour.
• Phone support: $30/hour (For calls over 15 minutes in duration. Only available to existing customers.)
• The "Base rate" is typically for a call out to fix a sickly PC. If you're after other consulting services, such as product or process recommendations the rate is negotiable.
